We understand that the financial component of therapy can impact your decision to see a therapist. We offer a sliding scale for patients who are concerned about payment.​

Payments must be made before the appointment and should be made the time of scheduling appointment. 

Initial Phone Consult

Free (Less than 15 minutes)

Intake Session (First Telehealth Session)


Sessions to Follow (50-58 minutes)


Emergency Session (Less than 30 minutes)


 Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy and Fee: If session is canceled in less than 24 hours in advance, patients are expected to pay a late cancel fee of $50. Insurance does not take care of this charge. Your provider will not be able to hold another session until this charge is taken care of. Only emergency situations will be exempted from this fee. If patients are able to reschedule their appointments and still hold their next appointment, they are also exempted this fee.

No-show Fee: If the patient does not show up for their appointment, they will be charged a $50 fee. Insurance does not cover this fee. Another appointment cannot be accommodated until this fee is paid.
